Under e-points section in your account you can check all your earned and utilised e-points details.
In bookings sections of your account you can all the bookings. You can cancel the booking fully or partially.
After cancellation of booking we refund the amount in the customer wallet for further booking convenience and if the customer wants the way back in which they have paid we do that also.
For rescheduling the booking you can email at [email protected]
To get the ticket print anytime and anywhere follow below steps.

a. After account login go to your bookings section.

b. Find action button of respective booking.

c. Click on print ticket option.

For Flight.

1. Search the city you want to travel.

2. Click on fare rule of your preferred flight.

3. In the description you’ll get the details of both.

For Hotel

1. Search the city you want to stay.

2. Click on book now of your preferred hotel.

3. Click on availability tab.

4. Click on fare breakup & cancellation policy of preferred room type.

E-points are the extra benefit given to the customers either on sign up or any booking of flight and hotel. You can save more by earning the e-points and using these virtual points in future booking.
You can send request on [email protected] to add meal or baggage by sending your booking details with meal or baggage preference.
